We process all orders within 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays), however, special orders take longer. We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email email@example.com and we'll take a look!
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive an email order confirmation upon placing your order and a shipping notification including a tracking number once we've shipped it. You can use the tracking number to check its status. Tracking information typically takes 48 hours to be available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation and we'll get back to you with an update.
Because we sell personal care products, for sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns.
However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com and we will do my best to make it right.. Please include your original order confirmation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 within Northwest San Diego County (Camp Pendleton to Temecula, and south as far as CA 56). For orders less than $100, we charge a local delivery fee of $7.
We deliver on Fridays and Saturdays between the hours of 12-5pm. We will text you at the phone number associated with your order to notify you of delivery. Please leave special instructions with your orders if these times do not work for you.
Shipping is $8.95, with free shipping for orders over $100.
Shipping for special orders such as gift baskets will be priced separately. We will notify the customer of the shipping charge prior to charging their credit card.
